More about the EB-5 Immigrant Investor program
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program allows high net worth individuals to apply for a U.S. green card by investing a minimum of $500 000 (± R6,500,000) into U.S. businesses or real estate developments that create at least 10 permanent jobs for Americans. The program enables investors and their immediate families to obtain permanent residency in the United States.
LCR Capital has transformed this U.S. visa option into a standardized, transparent financial product for South African investors, designed to simplify the immigration process and protect your invested capital.
Since 2013, around 100 South African investors have invested in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program and have either permanently relocated to the USA, or remained in South Africa as dual residents.
Through LCR’s investment offering, you, your spouse, and all children under the age of 21, could obtain U.S. green cards by mid-2019.
